Hands On Design

Hi friends! I finished up another February design for my cubby shelf.
This is February from a Year of Celebrations by Cathy Habermann/Hands On Design. This pattern can be found in the March 2014 issue of Cross Stitch & Needlework magazine. Our library carries this magazine. :)
This was stitched one over one on 25ct New Khaki Lugana using DMC and one silk gifted to me by Peggy.

I am having another giveaway, open to all. You just need to be a follower of mine and leave me a comment stating you would like to be entered in the giveaway. Here is what I am offering you.
Finger Fun I  by the Sweetheart Tree. I realized I am not going to stitch this pretty pattern up. The most adorable, tiny buttons are attached and included. I actually purchased this pattern because it is pretty AND those buttons are so cute!! I will announce the winner on Monday February 8th.

I'm off to see the wizard! the spine orthopedic surgeon this afternoon. I'll let you know what he says, and what the MRI shows.

Stitching and praying,
Vickie

Ah now I understand! What a lovely idea to put them on the cubby shelf,
I have one, but the squares are smaller than yours, so I put on there just miniatures. ( I love the poodle comics ^_^)

Good morning, Vickie...you will be in my thoughts today. I so hope that the doctor can give you an answer. Be brave, sweetie.

As for your stitching. I am so jealous!! LOL I have nothing for February! LOL I've been going round and round and round on my afghan, so no stitching for me. But, I've only got two more sides of red, and it can go in the mail. Yay!

Oooh, your February design is so adorable.

Loved the cartoon!! Reminded me of Celeste jumping in the air trying to get the squirrel on the overhead power line. LOL

I'd love to be included in your drawing. Sweetheart Tree is one of my favorites. :)

Nice little finish for February! It fits perfectly in the cubbyhole... did you find it specifically for that spot? Hope the doctor visit goes well for you, of course! I do not need to be entered in your giveaway... Hugs!

Your cubby is looking great. I love the way you are finding such great designs to fit the gaps.
I am debating whether to subscribe to CS&N. The projects look nice but I really don't need another magazine collection!
I do however NEED that Sweetheart Tree design LOL. Please put my name in the draw.

Lovely cubby box and beautiful stitching! I hope all goes well at the doctor's.
Please don't include me in your draw, I love admiring these designs but it's not what I like to stitch myself. It's very kind of you to offer it though.

I bought a similar shelf/cabinet to this a few weeks ago from the Cross Stitch Guild and I've made a complete mess of it.
It's a similar colour to yours and I stupidly decided to paint it with chalky furniture paint - well it's now a mess and I'm not sure how to rescue it.
I think I may have to strip back the paint and then use wood bleach. Yours looks delightful.
